Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
At ASRIYA AI ARTIST, operated by Aswini Priya, we are committed to delivering quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This policy explains the conditions and timelines for returns, refunds, and replacements/exchanges for both digital products (AI artworks) and physical product (apparel such as kurtis and leggings).
1. General Conditions
A valid Order ID or proof of purchase is required for all requests.
Products must be returned in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with tags/packaging intact.
Our decision on refunds and replacements will be final.
2. Digital Products (AI Artworks)
All sales are final due to the instant nature of digital delivery.
Refunds/replacements will only be considered if:
The file is corrupted or inaccessible.
The download link was not received.
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of purchase.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed and credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
3. Physical Products (Apparel – Kurtis, Leggings, etc.)
(a) Return & Exchange Window
All Clothing (Kurtis & Leggings) are non-returnable & non-exchangeable due to hygiene and quality reasons.Please check sizes and product details carefully before placing an order.
Products will be eligible for return and refund if it is damaged or wrong item sent with proper parcel opening video ,refund will be processed once we receive the item .Once the returned product is received and passes inspection, refunds will be initiated.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
(b) Eligibility
Products are eligible if:
Wrong item delivered.
Defective/damaged product received.
Non-returnable items include:
Used, washed, or worn items.
Products without original tags/labels/packaging.
Clearance or “final sale” items (unless defective).
(c) Refund Timeline
Once the returned product is received and passes inspection, refunds will be initiated.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
Approved cases will qualify for refund.
