Scope of Services

We operate as an online marketplace and direct seller, offering:

Digital Products – AI-generated artworks and creative assets available for download or licensed use.

Physical Products – Fashion apparel including Kurtis, leggings, and related clothing items.

Account Registration & Responsibilities

To access certain features, you may need to register for an account.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Any activity under your account will be deemed as authorized by you.

We may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of fraud, misuse, or violation of Terms.

Orders & Payments

All product listings and prices on the Platform are subject to change without prior notice.

Prices are displayed in INR and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as specified.

We accept payments through secure, authorized third-party gateways.

We are not responsible for delays, errors, or failures in payment processing by third-party providers.

Orders for digital products are non-cancellable once the download link is issued.

Shipping Policy

At ASRIYA AI ARTIST, operated by Aswini Priya, we are committed to delivering your orders in a reliable and timely manner. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle the delivery of physical products (apparel) and digital products (AI artworks).

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship apparel orders across India through trusted courier partners.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Digital products (AI artworks) are delivered worldwide via electronic download/email.

2. Processing Time

Apparel Orders: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Digital Orders: Delivered qithin 4-5 days via download link or email after successful payment. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 6 days due to system delays.

3. Delivery Timeline

Apparel (Kurtis, Leggings, etc.): Standard delivery within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer (up to 10 days).

Digital Artworks: Delivery is immediate upon order confirmation. Customers are advised to download and store their files promptly.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Digital products do not incur shipping charges.

5. Order Tracking

Apparel Orders: Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp notification with tracking details. You can monitor your order status through the courier partner’s website.

Digital Orders: A confirmation email/download link will be sent immediately after successful payment.

6. Delays & Exceptions

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or festive seasons.

We are not liable for late deliveries caused by third-party logistics providers.

7.Incorrect or Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

Failed deliveries due to incomplete/incorrect addresses or unavailability of the recipient may lead to re-delivery charges.

8. Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged parcel, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

If accepted, report any damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, so we can resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Apparel Products: All Clothing (Kurtis & Leggings) are non-returnable & non-exchangeable due to hygiene and quality reasons.Please check sizes and product details carefully before placing an order.

Products will be eligible for return and refund if it is defective ,damaged or wrong item sent with proper proof of parcel opening video and photos .Once the returned product is received and passes inspection, refunds will be initiated.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Digital Products: All Digital AI Arts are non-returnable & non-refundable since they are digital products.

Intellectual Property Rights

For AI Artworks:

All digital artworks are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

By purchasing, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use.

Commercial usage rights may be granted if explicitly purchased/licensed.

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the artwork without prior written consent.

Claim authorship or originality of the AI-generated works.

Use artworks for unlawful, defamatory, or offensive purposes.

For Apparel & Branding:

Product designs, photographs, and branding materials remain the exclusive property of the Company.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

User Conduct & Obligations

You agree not to:

Engage in fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or intellectual property rights.

Attempt to disrupt or harm the Platform’s operations through hacking, malware, or automated bots.

Misuse digital artworks in violation of licensing terms.

We reserve the right to suspend/ban users who violate these obligations.

9. Disclaimers

All products (digital and physical) are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or details are error-free.

We disclaim all liability for losses resulting from:

Courier delays, damages, or delivery failures.

Incompatibility of digital files with customer devices.

Misuse of products by customers.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Platform or products.

Customers assume full responsibility for their use of both physical and digital products

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Tamil Nadu, India.
